Wise Owls Organisation is a small consultancy company engaged in governance and public management worldwide. A selection of our assignments are listed below. We have a client base that includes national governments, the World Bank, the European Union, UNDP/UNCDF, Dfid, SDC, Norad and Danida. Wise Owls has also carried out joint work with Oxford Policy Management, Metier and Cowi. We have recently been closely involved in the MySpace International project.
